AutoCad Terrace
For this project, I had to create a 2 storey terrace floorplan for a client. He wanted this terrace to have nature, a space for arts and craft for his daughter and a music and movie area for his son. He also wished to incorperate nature into this floorplan as him and his wife love nature.
I designed the floorplan based on the brief, incorporating all requested elements. A nature-themed walkway leads to the entrance, offering a pleasant view of plants and easy access for gardening. The arts and crafts area is placed by a window for the daughter to draw inspiration from the outside. A piano room was added for the son to play without disturbing the family. Upstairs, there's a walk-in closet and vanity for the couple, as well as a family movie area for shared entertainment.
